When working in the staggered stitchs and using the Mark, Copy or Move feature, there are a couple of things to keep in mind.

First: always try to have an even number of rows in Brick Stitch or Columns in the Peyote Stitches. Even if the starting or ending row is not part of the motif that you are interested in, include it anyway.

Second: if you start on an indented row/col, copy or move to an indented row/col. If you start on an un-indented row/col, copy or move to an un-indented row/col.
