On Line Help That Works

Anyone who has struggled with the Windows Help System knows how aggravating and frustrating it can be. Our On Line Help is different. We call it Action Sensitive Help. Any time you want, simply Click on the On-line Manual Selection from the Menu Bar and then Click on the program feature you want help with. A Help Screen will instantly pop up and tell you how to use the feature you selected.

Print Your Pattern Your Way

If you have a color printer, you can print your pattern to scale and preview what the finished bead work will look like. All those subtle shadings and wonderful hues you worked so hard at will be as close to "The Look" you had in mind as the Computer Industry can make them. But if a color printer is not in your budget, don't worry. The Gray Scale printouts the program produces show all pattern detail in a very recognizable way, just like a black and white photograph captures family memories.

No matter what kind of graphic printer you have, you can print your patterns in any scale from X1 to X8.

Pretty pictures, however, are not very easy to work from so the program provides what we call a Pattern Schematic. On your command, the program assigns a character to represent every color in your pattern and marks each bead with its color character. While weaving your design, a quick glance at the pattern schematic will let you know the color of the next bead to use.

We didn't stop there, however. The Bead work professionals need a way to incorporate there work into instruction manuals, sales brochures, books, you name it. So, we have provide a way to convert the patterns to pure graphic images that can be used by the more popular Windows based Word Processors and Desk Top Publishers.

The Bead Pattern Design Program is designed to run under Windows 3.1 or higher on a PC compatible computer with at least a 386SX processor. For best results, a VGA or Super VGA monitor set to 640 X 480 and 256 colors should be used. To install the program, you will need a minimum of 2 Megabytes of Hard Disk Space. As is common with all Windows Programs that display Graphic, the more RAM your computer has, up to about 8 Megabytes, the faster the Bead Pattern Design Program will run. Should you have questions about any of the features briefly described here, please feel free to send them to us via E-Mail. A button for that purpose is provided below.
